At Exo Mtn Gear, we stand behind our equipment and want to ensure you have the best fit for your backcountry hunts. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with all original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your gear in its original box and affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Final Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
